Quisto Oucharek is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in the treatment of orthopedic and balance-related conditions, with a particular focus on vestibular rehabilitation. His clinical expertise includes managing musculoskeletal, neurological, and congenital conditions across the lifespan—from pediatric to geriatric care.
Born near Cape Town, South Africa, Quisto later moved to Vancouver Island, Canada, and eventually to the Tri-Cities area, where he completed his high school education. He participated in Columbia Basin College’s Running Start program before earning his Bachelor of Health Science degree from Walla Walla University in 2008. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in 2012.
Quisto’s specialization includes the evaluation and treatment of dizziness, vertigo, balance disorders, and post-concussion symptoms. His approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, personalized care, and a strong understanding of the vestibular system and its impact on quality of life.
His passion for physical therapy stems from personal experience—having navigated his own injuries, chronic pain, and post-surgical recovery. These experiences fuel his commitment to helping others regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love.
