What is Regenerative Training?

Regenerative Training is a transformative program designed to optimize cellular function, enhance oxygenation, and support neurophysiological health. This approach promotes cellular repair and regeneration, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and therapies to improve overall well-being, boost performance, and speed recovery from a wide range of conditions.

Training Modalities

Initial Testing:

Before starting the program, each participant undergoes a comprehensive Central Nervous System (CNS) evaluation. This includes a detailed intake questionnaire and a Computerized Neurocognitive Assessment to establish a baseline for cognitive function. The assessment provides valuable insights into neurophysiological health, allowing us to tailor the regenerative training program to each individual's specific needs and waypoints.
Medical Evaluation:

Participants must undergo a consultation with our practitioners to review their medical history, address any potential contraindications to the program, and engage in medical replanning as necessary.
Treatment Frequency:

Participants typically engage in treatments 3-5 days a week, allowing for consistent and effective regeneration.

Treatment Modalities

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a treatment that involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber set to 4 psi. This therapy enhances oxygen saturation within the body, promoting faster healing, reducing inflammation, and enhancing tissue repair. By increasing the oxygen levels, HBOT facilitates cellular respiration, ATP production, and vasoconstriction, which leads to improved blood flow and reduced cerebral edema.

How We Use It
During an HBOT session, you will comfortably relax inside the pressurized chamber as the atmospheric pressure increases. Supplemental oxygen is supplied through an oxygen cannula, ensuring you receive an adequate supply of oxygen throughout the session. Each session typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on your treatment plan. The therapy is safe, non-invasive, and suitable for a range of health concerns.

Benefits
Promotes faster wound healing and tissue repair
Reduces inflammation and swelling
Enhances circulation and oxygenation of tissues
Supports recovery from injuries and surgeries
Boosts immune function and helps reduce infection risk
Improves cognitive function and neurological health
Aids in managing conditions such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and Lyme disease

MagStim

Introducing The Pacific Clinic's MagStim Program—A revolutionary, non-invasive solution designed to strengthen core and pelvic floor muscles using high-intensity electromagnetic energy. This is the answer you've been waiting for to regain control, confidence, and strength.

Why Incontinence is a Big Issue:
• 1 in 2 women over 50 experience pelvic floor weakness.
• Affects mobility, balance, and quality of life.
• Non-invasive solution to help reclaim confidence.

How It Works:
MagStim delivers thousands of targeted muscle contractions in just 30 minutes. These contractions strengthen the pelvic floor, core, and lower body muscles.

Benefits:
• Strengthens stability and balance
• Reclaims confidence by reducing leaks
• Supports an active lifestyle

Superset Stacked Recovery Protocol

Superset Stacked Recovery (SSR) combines innovative technologies to optimize recovery, enhance performance, and support wellness. It integrates whole-body sound frequency vibration with adaptive contrast therapy.

How We Use It:
Starts with vibration plate warm-up, followed by rounds of adaptive contrast therapy simulating high-altitude training, ending with stretching and cool down.

Benefits:
Accelerates recovery
Improves blood circulation
Reduces inflammation
Boosts endurance and athletic performance

Transcranial Photobiomodulation

Transcranial Photobiomodulation (PBM) uses 1070nm LEDs to deeply penetrate brain tissues and stimulate cellular activity, enhancing cognitive performance and neurophysiological health.

How We Use It:
Targets areas needing enhanced cellular activity to increase ATP production, reduce oxidative stress, and improve brain function.

Benefits:
Increases energy production
Reduces oxidative stress
Promotes mitochondrial and cognitive health

Neurostimulation

Neurostimulation (NS) is designed to improve proprioception and spatial awareness through targeted nervous system stimulation, enhancing overall brain function.

How We Use It:
Custom-designed sessions integrate neurostimulation techniques with focused breathing exercises to support neuro-regeneration.

Benefits:
Improves proprioception
Enhances connectivity and responsiveness
Tailored sessions for individual needs

Hot/Cold Therapy

Hot and Cold Therapy alternates between heat and cold exposure to trigger beneficial physiological responses for recovery and vitality.

How We Use It:
Heat stimulates EPO, BDNF, and heat shock proteins. Cold increases norepinephrine, dopamine, and activates cold shock proteins.

Benefits:
Cellular repair and rejuvenation
Enhanced mood and focus
Improved cognitive performance and recovery

Brain HIIT

Brain HIIT blends intense physical activity with cognitive tasks to enhance brain function and neural connectivity.

How We Use It:
Alternates between physical workouts and mental challenges like puzzles or games.

Benefits:
Improves blood flow and neural health
Boosts memory and problem-solving
Promotes overall mental and physical fitness

Nutrition

Our Nutrition program empowers participants to adopt anti-inflammatory, sustainable diets that align with health goals.

How We Use It:
Through personalized meal guidance and anti-inflammatory strategies, participants learn to maintain lifelong healthy eating.

Benefits:
Promotes long-term well-being
Reduces inflammation
Improves disease prevention and energy levels
