Types of Massage

Cupping

Perfect for those looking for a deep tissue massage, silicone cups lift and relax connective tissue to give you noticeable relief. Incorporate into your session to get the most out of your hour!

Thai Massage

Thai massage is often referred to as "lazy mans yoga". Wearing comfortable clothing, you will be positioned in gentle stretches and receive compression massage. Thai is a great option for athletes looking to recover and those uncomfortable with traditional massage.

Hot Stones

Ideal for those looking to relax stiff and stubborn muscles. Heat and pressure from the stones helps to relax your nervous system and your muscles. Please hydrate well before session.

Aromatherapy

Using high quality organic essential oils, an aromatherapy session is wonderful to pair with hot stones or Swedish massage. Choose from three oil blends: Relaxation, Revive, and Refresh. Additional Cost:

Relaxation & Swedish Massage

If you are looking to relax, reset your nervous system, and find an hour of peace, this is the perfect option for you. Pressure can vary from light to deep and pairs well with aromatherapy. Massage does not have to be painful to be beneficial!

IASTM & Gua Sha

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses stainless steel instruments to improve soft tissue mobility in the body. IASTM has been shown to eliminate restrictions in tight fascia, improve flexibility, decrease pain, decrease muscle spasm, increase circulation to the tissue, and ultimately help with a faster, more comfortable recovery.

Yoga Stretches & Education

At the end of every session, you will be given and shown a stretch, exercise, or breathing technique to help prolong the benefits of your massage.

Deep Tissue

Involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce muscle adhesions.

Reflexology Massage

Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas on the feet (or the hands) to stimulate nerve function. It also boosts circulation and helps eliminate toxins.

Migraine & Sinus Massage

This is a head massage, designed to encourage lymphatic drainage and release sinus pressure.

Stretch Therapy

The overall goal of stretch therapy is to treat muscle tightness, joint imbalances, and tissue restrictions that cause movement distortions, aches and pains, and increased risk of injury. Over time, stretch therapy improves range of motion, leading to improved movement patterns and fewer injuries.

Positional Release Therapy (Jones)

Myofascial release involves applying gentle, constant pressure into myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. Your fascia will react by lengthening, rehydrating, and restructuring.
