Kathleen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals and families through complex emotional challenges. Utilizing a systemic and integrative approach, Kathleen draws from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her work focuses on strengthening relationships, resolving conflict, and empowering clients to move toward their goals with confidence and resilience.

In addition to her clinical work, Kathleen is a trained Mediator, Title 26 Guardian ad Litem, and Business Consultant. She is also an international public speaker and facilitator, presenting on topics including leadership, ethics, core values, culture, conflict resolution, personality dynamics, and organizational psychology.
